Making Sure Everyone Has Plenty to Eat

Because we are so thankful for our community members, we wanted to help them have a sit-down holiday meal they could enjoy with their families. The Martha O’Bryan Center Family Success Network came out in full force for their Thanks “Food Boxes” Giving!

Each care package contained a gift card to purchase a turkey or ham and additional food items to complete a Thanksgiving meal. The boxes contained canned vegetables, baking goods, canned fruit, pasta, spaghetti sauce, peanut butter, rice and oats.

Thank you to all our donors, staff, AmeriCorps partners and volunteers who made this giveaway possible! We hope all of you had a very Happy Thanksgiving!!
