The Dean of Academics of 5th – 8th grade ELA is responsible for coaching and developing all 5th – 8th Grade ELA teachers (8 total) to deliver aligned, consistent, and rigorous reading and writing instruction that drives high student achievement and manages and leads the implementation of the Achievement First Curriculum.
